• Prepare and execute dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency, organization, and efficiency during service.
• Set up and break down your station each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

• Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required.
• Experience with scratch cooking and maintaining consistent food quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
