Supports the Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center Vision Supports the Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center Values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence Supports The Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center Corporate Compliance Program Adheres to dress code Completes annual education requirements Maintains regulatory requirements Maintains patient confidentiality at all times Reports to work on time as scheduled, completes work within designated time Wears identification while on duty, uses computerized kronos clocks correctly Completes in-services and returns in a timely fashion Attends all scheduled staff meetings regularly, reads and returns staff meeting minutes if needed Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner Complies with all organizational policies Attends annual review and department in-services as scheduled Reports to work as scheduled and on time. Regularly attends departmental in-service meeting and training sessions. Able to perform proper cleaning techniques and procedures when cleaning patient rooms, offices, and other designated areas within the Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center organization. Demonstrates procedural knowledge of chemical handling. Able to dispose of biohazard spills. Shows proper customer service greetings and behavior. Performs all housekeeping duties with the special needs of Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients in mind. Able to perform proper hand hygiene. Able to perform and converse on proper infection control techniques. Completes assigned work assignment in a productive manner with a minimum expectation of 95% completion. Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $15per hour - $24.32per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
