The Materials Management Clerical Assistant provides essential clerical support to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate can multitask, communicate effectively, pay close attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to helping others. Reports to the Senior Director of Materials Management.

Position Qualifications:

Education equivalent to high school diploma is required.

Previous office experience is desired.

This position is clerical in nature and requires manual dexterity for the use of an office computer and operation of other routine office equipment.

Visual acuity must be correctable to perform accurate clerical tasks.

Hearing and communication functions are necessary to efficiently and effectively interact frequently throughout the day with staff, outside agency, and other hospital personnel.
