- Remove and install windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and other automotive glass components.
- Inspect vehicle glass damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Prepare vehicles and work areas to ensure safe and efficient installations.
- Apply adhesives and installation materials according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform leak checks and quality inspections after installation.
- Complete windshield recalibration procedures for ADAS-equipped vehicles (training available if needed).
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean working condition.
- Provide professional customer service and explain repair/replacement procedures to customers.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Previous automotive glass installation experience required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and handle automotive glass safely.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Auto glass certification.
- Experience with ADAS calibrations.
- Mobile installation experience.
- Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket glass products.
