Food Court/Snack Bar Attendant
- General responsibility of assisting with the preparation of food for various university customers in a pleasing, safe and sanitary manner.
- Responsible for the timely preparation, set-up, clean-up and service of all food areas in the University Food Court.
- Keep accurate records for the efficiency of the kitchen and to ensure that safety and sanitation regulations are met.
- Stock utensils, napkins and prepackaged food items as needed.
- Responsible for supplies and materials needed for food preparation.
- Run a register and handle cash and credit card transactions.
