Role Overview

The Janitorial Field Supervisor leads one of MABS’ most important departments, our foundation. This role serves as the key connection between frontline staff and ensuring consistent service quality, accountability, and strong working relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support janitorial teams across multiple sites
• Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable to quality standards
• Conduct quality control inspections and address service issues
• Coach employees and provide clear feedback for improvement
• Maintain consistency, organization, and efficiency across operations

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, patient, and solutions-focused leader
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Clear communicator comfortable with accountability
• Able to manage multiple priorities and locations

2nd shift:

2:00pm to 10:00pm - Monday through Friday
