Accounting Clerk
We're currently looking to grow our team of Accounting Clerks!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Perform accountings duties as required, specifically focusing on accounts receivable and other clerical related tasks.

$20 to $28 per hour, depending on education and experience
REQUIREMENTS
High School/GED and/or Associates Degree
1-2 years' experience in an accounting support position.
A/R experience preferred but not required.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Reviews all invoice for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.Process Freight invoices.Maintains all account receivable reports, spreadsheets.Assists in monthly closings.Filing Check Runs- Vendor Verification for ACHs.
- ACH Payment/Remittances
- Vendor terms/Vendors Inactivity Reviews
- Reconcile Vendor Statement
- Perform filing and coping.
- Adjust accounts as needed
- Assembles and processes overnight shipments.
Monday through Friday, 07:00 am to 04:00 pm.
Compensation details: 20-28 Hourly Wage
