Beverage & Equipment Assembler

Responsibilities:
- Assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing food and beverage serving equipment / hardware / utensils, dry goods, snacks, condiments and beverages by following printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications
- Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods / liquor & equipment into airline carts according to customer specifications
- Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customers' requirements
- Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation
- Additional responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary

- This position requires being active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing 70+ lbs
