Automotive Service Advisor
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical understanding of automotive systems, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers. As a key member of our service team, the Automotive Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workload.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve service department goals.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
