Conductor local nocturno CDL A – Huntley, IL
Buscamos Conductores Locales con Experiencia en Illinois.Si cuentas con una licencia CDL válida y pasión por la carretera, queremos saber de ti.
Ubicación de la Terminal: Huntley, IL
Tipo de Posición: Local | Contratista Independiente (1099)
Ganancias y Estructura de Pago:
- $27 por hora para viajes de menos de 500 millas (ida y vuelta).
- $0.50 por milla (CPM) inicial, hasta $0.55 CPM para viajes de más de 500 millas.
- Depósito directo semanal cada viernes.
Incentivos, Bonos y Pagos Adicionales:
- Bono de contratación de $2,500 ($250 pagados trimestralmente).
- Bono de $100 por inspección DOT limpia (sin límite).
- Pago de $100 por layover.
- Bono trimestral de seguridad: $75–$150.
- 95% de cargas sin manipulación (no-touch freight).
- Los camiones se quedan en la terminal (no se llevan a casa).

Requisitos del Conductor:
- Licencia CDL Clase A válida y tarjeta médica vigente.
- Edad mínima: 23 años.
- 24 meses de experiencia reciente y verificable.
- Historial de manejo limpio (MVR & PSP) Sin DUI en los últimos 5 años.
- No estar prohibido en el DOT Clearinghouse.
- Prueba de drogas negativa.
- Sin antecedentes penales graves.
- Comodidad usando ELDs y documentación digital.
- Disponibilidad ocasional para pernoctar.
