Ideal candidate qualifications:
- Experience performing takeoffs for civil or construction projects.
- Strong ability to read site plans, grading plans, and specifications.
- Familiarity with estimating software or digital takeoff tools is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
