Hospitalist Physician
(Finger Lakes Region) $285,000 – $325,000 + Sign-on Bonus + Student Loan Repayment
The Opportunity
You'll join an established, collegial hospitalist team providing high-quality inpatient care in one of New York's most scenic regions. This employed position offers daytime 12-hour shifts with flexible rotating block schedules designed to give you genuine work-life balance. Your team focuses on delivering the safest, highest-quality care while actively engaging patients, families, and caregivers.
Your Day-to-Day
- Provide inpatient Internal Medicine care as part of a collaborative hospitalist team
- Work daytime 12-hour shifts on a flexible rotating block schedule
- Engage directly with patients, families, and caregivers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in a team model built around safety, quality, and physician well-being
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Commitment to team-based, patient-centered hospital medicine
