Job Description:
Support a high-profile corporate conference by managing 1x1 meeting floor operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and delivering a polished attendee experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time each day and support onsite event execution
- Review conference playbook to understand logistics, schedules, and contacts
- Facilitate communication with 1x1 meeting staff using Microsoft Teams on iPads
- Manage real-time meeting updates, cancellations, and scheduling changes
- Field attendee questions and direct inquiries appropriately
- Ensure all signage is properly placed across assigned floors
- Conduct daily room checks (setup, cleanliness, readiness)
- Maintain a quiet, professional meeting environment by managing hallway noise
- Distribute company materials as needed
- Inspect rooms for lost or confidential items and report to event staff
