We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. This is a long-term contract position that requires working on-site five days a week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a track record of supporting major retail accounts such as Walmart, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Manage order entry processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.

• Maintain a positive and resourceful attitude while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, keeping them informed throughout the process.

• Take ownership of responsibilities and demonstrate accountability in all aspects of the role.

• Identify and implement solutions proactively, navigating challenges independently when needed.

• Collaborate with team members to support the needs of large retail clients effectively.

• Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

• Familiarity with supporting large retail accounts HIGHLY preferred!

• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as order entry.

• Ability to multitask and seamlessly transition between various responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain clear client interactions.

• A positive attitude and coachable demeanor, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Proven ability to work independently and solve problems resourcefully.

• Demonstrated accountability and responsibility in previous roles.
