Responsible for Leadership over the department in:
• Maintaining Kronos
• Standard work
• Safety standards
• Training
• Equipment Uptime to meet customer expectations. Monitors, manages and
motivates resources in the department.
Drive continuous improvement in production, quality and safety.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree (preferably in a business, technical or chemical) preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred but not required
• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of successful production supervision experience required
• Computer systems knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,
TQM and/or ISO is preferred.
• Resourceful problem solver with proven ability to bring quick resolution to challenging
situations.
• Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships with hourly
associates, management, and peers.
• Ability to effectively communicate information both verbally and in writing
