Triangle Lawn Games (TLG) is America’s #1 yard game rental service, operating in 40+ cities and growing quickly. We help customers create memorable outdoor events, from backyard parties to large-scale cornhole tournaments, with high-quality lawn games, easy booking, and reliable event support.

We’re looking for a motivated Chicago Event Operator to help us grow our presence in Central and North Chicago. In this flexible, hands-on role, you’ll support local events, represent the TLG brand in the field, and help deliver a great customer experience.

This is a flexible, revenue-sharing opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing events business. Many operators begin part-time and expand their involvement over time based on market demand and availability.

What you’ll do

• Deliver, set up, and pick up lawn game rentals for local events
• Support customer events and facilitate cornhole tournaments
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers
• Clean, organize, and maintain equipment
• Handle minor repairs and replacements as needed
• Manage local inventory and storage
• Represent Triangle Lawn Games professionally in the Chicago market

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Mid-size SUV or larger vehicle for transporting equipment
• Secure 10x10 or larger storage space
• Willingness to use your address for a Google Business listing
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Two professional references

Compensation
This opportunity uses a revenue-sharing model , with operators earning a percentage of completed bookings in their market. Time commitment typically ranges from 5 to 25 hours per week , depending on seasonality and local demand.
