Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with diverse broker teams

Consolidate and translate business requirements into a common framework

Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity

Drive project progress by identifying blockers and ensuring deliverables move forward

Support Cassidy's team on large-scale enterprise projects across multiple applications and service lines

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise-level projects

Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements from multiple stakeholder groups

Strong communication skills with experience engaging business leaders and executives

Experience managing multiple projects and driving progress ("herding cats")

Ability to translate and distill requirements from various sources into clear, actionable deliverables

Familiarity with project delivery and coordination (not strictly PM, but delivery-focused)
