• Salary: $115,434 - $144,293 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Adhere to all established safety, health and qual ity General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company
• Oversee the optimal operation of the ir assigned plant’s M anufacturing P rocesses i.e., hands on process adjustments , changes to maintain required productivity , etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans
• Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes
• A pply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduc e process variation
• Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement
• Travel up to 10%
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s D egree with 8 plus years of Process M anagement experience or H igh S chool Diploma /G eneral E ducation D iploma with 10 plus years of Process M anagement experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s D egree
• Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy Institute
• Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software
