Data Entry Associate
- Process and support audit requests, including pulling documentation
- Upload documents (beneficiary forms, proof docs) into DMS
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries
- Process demographic and contact updates
- Scan and track mailed payments
- Support open enrollment activities
- Assist with returned mail and provide general administrative support
- Compensation: $19-20/hour
- Location: Oak Brook, IL

- 1–2 years of administrative, data entry, or benefits experience
- Knowledge of eligibility and billing processes preferred
