Purpose of Role:

The Global Demand Administrative Assistant will support part of the leadership of the Global Growth Leadership Team.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Supports 3 Global VP's within the global growth leadership team with travel and expense support.
• Supports the global direct reports of the VPs with any complex travel requests, including Visa applications
• Manages purchase orders and goods receipts
• Maintains VPs' calendar and meeting needs.
• Organizes complex meetings which include 5+ people, outside visitors, Leadership Team attendees, complicated technology requirements.
• Organizes meetings with Sr. Executives across the business.

What are we looking for?

• College Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably working with senior leadership teams in Sales and/or Marketing function
• Project Management experience
• Experience working in a global function/organization (working across different time-zones/regions/businesses)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong team player
• Experience and comfort working with Executive suite.
• Attention to detail and strong follow up skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to anticipate needs and execute proactively.
• Strong conflict management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to engage with associates
