Compensation Range: $170,000 - $230,00 Based on Experience

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong mechanical engineering and industry expertise to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our global storage and structure product lines. This role focuses on ensuring our products meet market needs, remain competitive, and deliver profitable results worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global product strategy, roadmaps, and development for storage products.


• Apply engineering knowledge to evaluate product performance, profitability, and competitiveness.


• Oversee full product lifecycle, from design and market introduction to adoption and performance improvements.


• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to ensure robust product design and delivery.


• Guide product team and train regional leaders on product strategy and execution.


• Ensure products meet global standards while adapting to local market requirements.


• Drive new product development and improvements using industry and engineering insights.


• Support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise and product tools.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Agricultural Engineering (required).


• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.


• 10+ years of product management experience in industrial or engineering-based products.


• Proven record of managing complex product portfolios and driving profitable growth.


• Strong background in mechanical systems, product innovation, and industry applications.


• Ability to bridge technical engineering knowledge with business strategy.


• Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross-functional leadership.
