Contact Center Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team. This onsite role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for assisting others. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining accurate records in our systems.
Contact Center Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests related to products or services.
- Upsell product or services
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain customer information in various databases.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Additional Information
- $18/hr plus uncapped commission
- LaSalle Network contractors have the option to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
