I opened my agency in 2001 after spending many years in various roles with State Farm corporate, bringing more than 30 years of State Farm experience into agency ownership. Our team of five operates with a strong family-first mindset and a laid-back, supportive atmosphere where people genuinely care about one another. Giving back is important to us, and were actively involved in charities that support individuals with special needs, which reflects the compassion and patience we bring into our work with customers. Our office hours run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., reinforcing our belief that family and personal life should always come first. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
