Executive Assistant
LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of an investment firm for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a CPO in a collaborative, fast-paced environment for 6-8 months. This position requires a proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted operational partner to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:Manage complex executive calendars and strategically prioritize scheduling needs
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials
Support leadership meetings and board-related coordination/logistics
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Complete expense reporting and reconciliation
Coordinate events, meetings, and executive logistics
Provide administrative project support and execute special initiatives
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and the broader admin/operations team
Provide backup office/reception support as needed
Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication; executive presence
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
High attention to detail and follow-through
Key Details:
Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid 4 days onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (typical hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Duration: Approximately 6–8 months
Pay: $60–$70/hour (W2)
