- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting trays, carrying multiple items, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth and seamless service.
- Professionalism: Consistently maintains a polished and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of Park Hyatt Chicago and NoMI Lounge & Garden.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet the needs of our guests and the business.
