Position Summary:

Reef is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of complex construction projects within our Park City UT development market . This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale multi-stakeholder projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge commercial acumen and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects including planning budgeting scheduling procurement and execution
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineers contractors subcontractors and consultants
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual obligations
• Oversee project budgets cost controls forecasting and financial reporting
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations quality standards and legal requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Negotiate contracts change orders and resolve disputes effectively
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
• Mentor junior project managers and team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field o r demons trated project management experience.
• 6 years of experience managing large-scale complex construction projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry best practices
• Experience managing projects with significant budgets (e.g. $20M)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6 MS Project Procore)
• Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
• PMP CCM or similar certification preferred
