I opened my agency in 2020 and currently have a team of six talented professionals who bring energy and passion to everything we do. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent several years in financial services, where I served as a Director of Operations an experience that taught me the importance of strong leadership, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service. Outside of work, Im a proud supporter of my local high school (and alma mater) and actively contribute to our community, including involvement with a local womens shelter. When Im not in the office, youll likely find me out on my motorcycle, boating, or cheering for the Chicago Bears. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Barnes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
