Automotive Sales Manager

Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated and experienced bilingual Sales Manager to join our team!
The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in automotive sales. Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager Location: Berman CDJR (Oak Lawn) Pay: $125,000-$200,000 annuallyResponsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and meets dealership goals and KPIs
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative sales environment

Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in Sales Management
- Fluent in Spanish, highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
