Application Solutions Analyst

The Application Solutions Analyst (SAP Commissions) functions as a technical point of contact for Sun's commissions management software which supports the organizations sales incentive compensation plans. The Application Solution Analyst is responsible for responding to team member inquiries, implementing technical changes, and coordinating advanced technical changes (such as integration work) with other contacts including third-party consultants.

JOB DUTIES

• Partners with Compensation Analyst to ensure accuracy of commission plans.
• Supports the timely resolution of tickets and team member questions by researching and resolving issues promptly.
• Partners with the Compensation Analyst to ensure timely processing of Sales Commissions per the Company''s commissions calendar.
• Monitors SAP Commissions application, back-end, and integrations as needed, working with internal and external developers to ensure reliable performance and availability of the system.
• Perform regular auditing of the commissions system and pay files along with Compensation Analyst to ensure accurate payment of commissions.
• Provides ongoing support and guidance to Compensation Analyst, HR specialists, and business leaders on incentive compensation-related issues.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
• Identifies incentive program enhancements to improve cost savings, efficiency, and accuracy based on reportable metrics, user feedback, and business knowledge.
• Translates business requirements into technical requirement documents to facilitate development of system changes.
• Supports technical changes & enhancements to SAP Commissions system to satisfy business requirements, including SAP Commission front-end, back-end and integrations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. (Required)
• 2 years SAP Commissions (formerly Callidus) or similar Commissions system management experience
• 3 years Commissions or similar application support experience
• 1 year Programming experience
• 2 years Data pipeline development
• 6 months Familiarity with SAP Commissions, SAP HANA
• 6 months Familiarity with SQL and other similar scripting languages
• Ability to quickly get up to speed in Suns SAP Commissions system and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the company
• Strong attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
