*Pay: $18-20 per hour

*Schedule: Mon-Fri business hours: 7am-3:30pm OR 8am-4:30pm with the ability to be flexible to work evenings or Saturdays to cover events or meetings. Daily travel within the region with a company vehicle. 10% overnight travel as needed within our network area.

Wisper ISP is a high speed internet provider headquartered in Mascoutah, Illinois with regional offices located throughout Missouri. We provide service in Southern Illinois, Southern Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, quality installs, and trusted service.

As a Full-Time Community Ambassador at Wisper ISP, you will serve as the local brand representative. You will foster relationships within the community to enhance Wisper's visibility and brand recognition. Your role will include being the 'Boots on the Ground' advocate, distributing door hangers, placing yard signs, and participating in local events and initiatives. Additionally, you will maintain an inventory of marketing materials, manage vendor correspondence, and spearhead local customer appreciation efforts.

By communicating current and upcoming marketing campaigns and supporting the overall Wisper marketing strategy, you will play a critical part in coordinating both external and internal events, ensuring that our brand resonates throughout the community. Your efforts will directly contribute to Wisper's mission of customer-centricity and high-performance service.

To excel as a Full-Time Community Ambassador at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess a range of essential skills and attributes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is crucial, along with a keen attention to detail and high organizational capabilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach is required, enabling individuals to work independently while demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in various situations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions are vital to navigate challenges successfully. Consistent and predictable attendance is expected, along with the capacity to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with the community and communicating through phone, email, and messaging systems.

Requirements for the position are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of Marketing experience
• Valid Driver's License
