Server

We are currently hiring both Full Time and Part Time servers (about 25 - 40 hrs/week). Our restaurant is cozy and extremely fast paced. If you feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment this is the role for you. We are seeking reliable candidates with previous serving experience who can provide efficient and warm service to our guests. Experience with Japanese Ramen is preferred but not required (willing to train). We are a small team and the ability to work well on a team is crucial to a successful service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 yr serving experience (experience with Japanese Ramen is a plus).

- Food Handler's Certification.

- BASSET Certification.

- Must be available for our hours of operation:
Wed - Thur: 4pm - 10pm
Fri: 4pm - 11pm
Sat & Sun 11am - 10 / 11pm

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly manner.

- Utilize our reservation software(Resy Tablet) on busy nights.

- Support other servers by running food, bussing tables, filling water etc.

- Provide attentive service in a busy environment.

- Accurately take and input orders into Toast, noting omissions and allergens.

- Safely navigate our dining room and open kitchen by being communicative.

- Safely and properly deliver food and drinks to tables.
- Be able to follow safety protocols.

- Have knowledge of our menu and allergens.

- Willing to learn about beer, sake, and other alcoholic beverages.

- Keep server stations clean and organized.

- Keep the dining room, bathrooms and guest waiting area clean.

- Take and bag To-Go orders.
