Estimator - Commercial Construction

- Diverse Opportunities: With in-house capabilities in selective demolition, carpentry, and fixturing, our Estimators gain broad experience and in-depth industry knowledge.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, both lump sum and negotiated contracts.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to thoroughly understand project scope and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure competitive and comprehensive pricing.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents during pre-construction phases to ensure alignment of estimates with project execution.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring Osman Construction's ongoing reputation for fairness and excellence.
- Assist in project hand-off meetings, clearly communicating bid strategy, scope, and risk to the operations team.
