Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through phone calls, email correspondence, and social media outreach.
• Conduct personal consultations to understand student goals and recommend appropriate programs.
• Explain the admissions process, program details, and financial aid options clearly and comprehensively.
• Assist students in completing enrollment applications and gathering required documents.
• Manage the entire admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for every new student.
• Collaborate with the Financial Aid department to guide students through available funding options and scholarships.
• Participate in community events and recruitment fairs to promote Tricoci University and its offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations for recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is highly recommended.

• Background in the beauty industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in technology and digital communication tools.
• Ability to connect with a diverse range of students and build positive relationships.
• A strong commitment to helping students succeed and realize their educational goals.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
