Client Success Manager — Mortske Media | Remote (must be available 9am–5pm MST) | Full-Time

About the role

We're an ads agency working with local service businesses in WI and AZ. As we grow, we need someone who makes every client feel like our only client.

You'll own the client relationship from kick-off to ongoing success — running onboarding calls, leading weekly syncs, spotting issues before clients do, and making sure our team is always delivering at a high level.

This is not a role for someone learning the industry. You need to already understand how Meta advertising works and be able to speak to clients about it confidently — not run the ads, but understand them well enough to hold meaningful conversations, set expectations, and translate results into plain English.

What you'll do

• Lead kick-off calls that set the tone and build immediate trust
• Run regular client syncs, come prepared with the right questions, and leave with clear next steps
• Be the bridge between clients and our internal team — translating feedback into action
• Proactively flag risks, gaps, or opportunities before they become problems
• Track account health and keep leadership in the loop

Who you are

• 2–4+ years in a client-facing role at a marketing or ads agency — this is a hard requirement
• You have hands-on familiarity with Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram ads) — you don't need to build campaigns, but you need to know what CPL, ROAS, and ad fatigue mean without Googling them
• You've managed relationships with small business owners and know how to communicate with someone who doesn't care about metrics — they care about results
• You're a natural communicator — clear, warm, and confident on calls
• You ask great questions and actually listen to the answers
• Organized enough to manage multiple accounts without things slipping
• You take ownership — if something's off with a client, you feel it and fix it
