Senior Accounting Analyst - Diligence

LaSalle Network has partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing inventory valuation and appraisal firm to hire Senior Associates (Senior Accounting Analyst) to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate , you’ll play a critical role in delivering inventory valuation and appraisal insights for clients across a wide range of industries.

• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to assess inventory values
• Conduct on-site client visits across the U.S. to inspect assets and meet leadership teams
• Perform independent research on industries, companies and market trends
• Translate complex data into clear, client-ready Excel models and reports
• Communicate valuation findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Partner directly with clients to discuss business trends and inventory drivers
• Build expertise in valuation methodologies, inventory analysis and appraisal standards

Senior Associate / Senior Analyst Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Prior experience in valuations, appraisal, inventory analysis or consulting required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, standardized reporting)
• Comfortable traveling up to 30%
• Ability to work hybrid in Chicago

• Compensation: Budget is between $70,000–$110,000 base + annual bonus
• Location: Chicago Loop (hybrid)
• Travel: Up to 30% nationwide
