Accounts Receivable Clerk (Full Time)

A rapidly growing company is currently seeking ​a full time Account Receivable Clerk to join our team! This is an entry level position ideal for someone who obtained a college degree majoring in accounting or finance recently (within 5 years), and has passion to pursue an accounting career. We are looking for a candidate to join our fast growing company, who is highly motivated, hard working, and has good self-control.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Send statements to customers and collect payments
• Prepare reports for manager and sales
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Supervise new employees
• Take orders when needed
• Provide other miscellaneous office clerical support
• Provide customer service when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a US accredited school in Accounting or relevant field is required
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• 2+ years AR or relevant work experience in corporate office environment setting
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and business Emails
• Detail oriented and good work attitude
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner
• Accountable for the work delivery, and maintain high accuracy and quality
• Experience in enterprise level bookkeeping systems required, experience in Sage 100 and QuickBooks is a plus
• English is a must, additional language in Chinese/Vietnamese is highly preferred
