Onsite Supervisor
Location: Chicago, IL (Back of the Yards)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday (Some Weekends Required)
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Onsite Supervisor to support our workforce and client operations in the Back of the Yards area of Chicago. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our associates and the client, ensuring attendance, productivity, compliance, and overall employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support temporary associates at the client site
- Conduct daily attendance tracking and follow-up with employees
- Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and safety training as needed
- Maintain communication with client management regarding staffing needs and workforce updates
- Ensure employees adhere to company and client policies and procedures
- Complete daily reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Assist with scheduling, staffing requests, and workforce planning
- Monitor workplace safety and report incidents immediately
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory, lead, staffing, or warehouse management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
