Data Entry Specialist

A fast-growing, multi‑location restaurant organization is transitioning its Workforce Management system from Legion to Harri. These platforms are essential tools that help restaurant managers build weekly schedules, track employee availability, and manage paid time off (PTO).

Because there is no automated way to migrate employee data from the legacy system into the new platform, the team is seeking detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialists to support this large‑scale transition. With over 100 restaurant locations involved, this project plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth rollout and uninterrupted operations.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately enter and transfer employee data from one workforce management system to another
• Review information for completeness and correctness to ensure data integrity
• Follow established processes and guidelines to meet project timelines
• Collaborate with project leads and adapt to feedback as needed

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
