Line Cook
• Assist in maintaining quality and consistency standards for all menu items
• Support 100% compliance with cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures
• Follow and complete station checklists and kitchen prep lists
• Maintain full compliance with ServSafe, sanitation, and allergen procedures
• Work across all stations in the kitchen with a strong understanding of each role
• Assist with line production during service and maintain ticket flow
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized station and assist with closing duties
• Work collaboratively with servers and accommodate special guest requests when possible
• Assist as expediter when needed to keep service running smoothly
• Support overall kitchen operations including cleaning and dishwashing when necessary
