What youll do:

In this role you will:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders providing proactive guidance on organizational effectiveness workforce planning and talent strategy to support business goals
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters ensuring fair values-aligned outcomes that support both the employee and the organization
• Partner with leaders on performance management talent planning and leadership development to build strong high-performing teams
• Experience leading the use of people data and metrics to identify trends influence decisions and guide leaders toward data-informed strategies
• Support enhancement of core talent programs such as performance management talent calibration and learning & development initiatives ensuring consistency and impact across the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of people programs and initiatives
• Partner closely with the broader People team to refine policies and processes that reflect NinjaTraders culture and support compliance requirements
• Manage change with empathy and clarity supporting leaders and employees through organizational transitions
• Lead and contribute to strategic projects that advance our People strategy and enhance the overall employee experience

What youll need:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with demonstrated success supporting leaders and teams in a high-growth or FinTech environment
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect people initiatives to business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to coach and guide managers in effectively navigating performance and employee relations issues
• Skilled communicator and trusted influencer with a track record of building strong credible relationships at all levels
• Experience leading talent management performance engagement and L&D programs
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
• Ability to navigate ambiguity drive alignment and champion change in a fast- paced evolving environment
• Experience with a large non-exempt group and client-facing or customer service teams a plus

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $95000.00 - $120000.00 addition this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Chicago IL. We are not open to remote candidates for this role

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday with remote work on Mondays and addition to these weekly remote days we offer:

• 20 additional flex remote days annually
• 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
