Data Entry Agent
LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global logistics provider to identify an Data Entry Agent to join their Wood Dale, IL team. This organization delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions for industries including aerospace, healthcare, automotive, and more. They’re seeking detail-oriented professionals to support data accuracy and operational efficiency. This is a 100% onsite role and the schedule is Tuesday–Saturday 8am-5pm with some flexibility in timing.
Data Entry Agent Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and resolving discrepancies
Organize and manage both digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
Data Entry Agent Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of office experience and data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)
Logistics:
- Compensation: $20-$22/hr pending experience
