Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Champaign, IL.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians in Illinois who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in:

• Providers willing to see 15-21 sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Illinois
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation

Up to $60,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on care. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive:

• Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement)
