Accounts Receivable Analyst

Accounts Receivable Analyst – Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally collect on past-due invoices, focusing on meaningful phone contact, supported by email follow-ups

• Review A/R credit balances to process refunds or apply to outstanding balances

• Handle a high volume of transactions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Review and advise on orders on hold due to credit risk or limits

• Work cross-functionally to resolve pricing, invoicing, and collection issues

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, including short, duplicate, and overpayments

• Maintain detailed account notes documenting collection status, communications, and payment issues

• Request and obtain proof of delivery as needed from vendors or internal systems

• Manage and prioritize daily tasks independently to meet deadlines

• Support special projects and duties as assigned by management

Accounts Receivable Analyst – What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or credit/collections

• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills

• Comfort handling large volumes of transactions with accuracy

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Excellent organizational skills and team-first attitude

• Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry a plus
