Sun Chemical is seeking SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Specialists to join our innovative team!
Position Overview:
As our SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Specialist, you will analyze, design, implement, and optimize business processes within the SAP environment with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Design
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation
- Design and document new or improved business processes that are efficient, effective, and compliant
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP implementations and upgrades
SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support
- Configure and customize SAP modules within S/4HANA to support specific business processes
- Develop and maintain SAP solutions, including ABAP coding, BODS, and BTP integration
- Support end-users with SAP-related issues, providing training and guidance
Process Optimization and Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze process performance to identify areas for further optimization
- Stay current with new SAP technologies and best practices
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other SAP specialists
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in cross-functional teams and projects
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills & SAP Expertise
- Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, etc.), and business processes
- Strong proficiency in specific SAP modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.)
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within SAP S/4HANA
- 1-4 years of experience with S/4HANA systems
Business & Soft Skills
- Thorough understanding of relevant business processes and industry best practices
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Experience creating training materials and conducting training sessions
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration preferred (or equivalent SAP system knowledge)
- SAP certifications in relevant modules are preferred
Travel Requirement: 10%-15%
