Fleet Summer Associate

Pay: $16 - $19 Hourly

Summary

The Associate is a motivated and enthusiastic person who will provide support to operations during a season. This position will learn as much as possible about the Company and gain valuable experience in a face-paced family-owned business. The Associate will contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by embracing the Company’s core values, collaborating with colleagues, and actively supporting organizational initiatives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with special assignments and projects
• Provide assistance to various departments or teams as needed to support daily operations and projects
• Update and maintain databases, records, and spreadsheets with accurate information
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized environment

• Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position

Qualifications

Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Working Conditions

• Operates within a professional office environment
• Routine usage of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
