About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Director, Field Marketing for the Americas (AMS) to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that accelerate growth and drive revenue through robust demand generation focused on existing customers /install base, as well as strategic partner engagement, all in alignment with global business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, lead, and optimize the comprehensive demand generation strategy in close partnership with sales and partner teams.
- Direct and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives align with overarching corporate priorities and deliver measurable results.
- Grow a small team to support the business needs
- Drive demand generation directly and via partners.
- Align closely with Sales President and Partner leadership.
- Lead a high-performing team with strong field and partner marketing experience.
- Develop programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to amplify Sitecore’s presence across North America.
- Develop and oversee the demand generation strategy for the Americas focusing on ABM, integrated campaigns, and multichannel initiatives.
- Generate the pipeline necessary to meet AMS revenue targets.
- Formulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing Sitecore’s presence within the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local markets.
- Measure and optimize program performance using KPIs and data.
- Manage the AMS marketing budget efficiently.
- Ensure cross collaboration with key sales stakeholders across the geo, growing these as a priority.
- Establish and supervise an effective AMS marketing team offering guidance and career advancement.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through collaboration, innovation, and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant time in field and partner/channel marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
- SaaS and/or vertical marketing experience preferred.
- Proven success delivering pipeline and revenue through direct and indirect channels.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and CRM tools.
- Collaborative, data-driven, and strategic mindset.

- Strong partner engagement with co-created programs driving pipeline acceleration.
- High-performing, motivated team with clear development plans.
- Collaborative relationships with Sales, Partner Management, and Global Marketing.
- Transparent reporting and communication ensuring alignment and continuous improvement.

Compensation details: the base salary for this role ranges from $185k to $205k, in addition to a bonus structure
