Production Machine Operator
Overview
Aztech Locknut Company is seeking a motivated and dependable 1st Shift Production Machine Operator to join our team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing operations, ensuring machines run efficiently and consistently produce high-quality products.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform machine setups, job changeovers and adjustments, while operating production machinery according to specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and perform product quality testing.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
