Customer Support Specialist
LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to identify a Customer Support Specialist for an immediate contract opportunity in Northbrook, IL.
What You'll DoProcess and review customer orders received via email and phone
Support a high-volume retail account, with occasional assistance on additional accounts
Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely order delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues
Maintain accurate records, customer information, and detailed notes
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service, customer support, or order management experience preferred
SAP and/or Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $20-23/hr

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Hybrid schedule: Remote on Mondays and Fridays, onsite Tuesday-Thursday
