Certified Ford Technician

Position Overview: As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards. You will work with a team of experienced professionals in a state-of-the-art facility, using your technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair: Perform thorough diagnostic assessments of vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Carry out high-quality repairs and maintenance services, including engine work, brake systems, transmissions, and more. Service Excellence: Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices to ensure accurate and effective repairs. Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues, repair needs, and estimated costs. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are used properly and maintained in good condition. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing their concerns and providing honest, transparent information about their vehicle’s condition. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training and certification. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is required. ASE certification or equivalent is highly preferred. Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; formal automotive training or an associate’s degree in Automotive Technology is preferred. Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy parts and tools as needed.
