Sales Consultant

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Elmhurst Acura/KIA, the Sales Manager leads a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers. This role is responsible to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while delighting every customer along the way.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals following Napleton's processes.
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
• Managing the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade.
• Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in retail sales
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
